How to get Auto Redial to work on T48G

Hi,
I am using a T48G in my office and I am struggling with the auto redial function. It is activeated in the settings but when I dial an number and the other end is busy it always stays on the busy tone but does not redial the number after some seconds.

What is my erroro here?

I am using the phone with only one account on a fritzbox 7490

Firmware is on the actual version 95.
