call toll free numbers

I haven't heard about this issue and have some confusions about this issue, could you please help to make it clear for me ?
1. Do you mean the scenario is like ,
Yealink phone A dial a toll free number , for example 800, when 800 answer the call ,Neither of them can hear the voice , right? Please provide me more details about it.
2. How often does this issue happen? every time when dial a toll free number or sometimes?
3. Does the issue only happen when dial a toll free number, how about dialing telephone number?
4. You mentioned that a different brand phone don't have this issue, could you please tell me which brand phone ?
5. Could you please provide me the PCAP trace for Yealink and the other brand phone, then I can check if we can locate this issue?

We may have fixed it but it doesn't make sense. We manually set all of the phones to only use 729 codec and now it seems like the phones are now able to dial toll free numbers and there is audio in both directions. I can give you a log file if you share with me your email address. Too much sensitive information to post here.
