Call Pickup display on T46G
When using the T38G in conjunction with 3CX and using a BLF to pick up a call ringing at another extension, the display will update to show the information of the calling party.

When performing the same function on the T46G, it shows either the dialed call pickup code or the information of the called party (extension picked up) rather than the incoming caller info.

Is there a way to have the T46G show the calling party info when using BLF as directed call pickup?

T38G is using firmware 38.70.0.198
T46G is using firmware 28.71.0.176
