Audible ring when on a call

Karl - Thank you for submitting this request to PD. It would be extremely helpful. Here's a scenario:
I have an office with four clerks. Each clerk has a phone. They each answer each other's calls. When one person's phone rings, if they are busy and the other clerks notice, they will pick up that person's call. This works much better than having all of the phones ring at once. This has been a significant setback for us as we have several offices like this. We have converted from an old Nortel system which did allow the phone to ring out loud when on a call. The call waiting feature doesn't work for us because other people in the room can't hear it. Thank you for considering this request.
