Transfer a call to a phone that has "Always forrward" active

Hi,

When the Manager is at his desk and enable "Always Forward" to the assistant and the assistant want to transfer the call to the Manager, it is not possible.

Is there a way to achieve that like on commercial PBX (Nortel for exemple)?
