T29G + Broadworks + Call Forwarding Issue

We are using T29G phones on firmware 46.80.193.70 and Broadworks R20 sp1.

The issue we are having is with the Call Forwarding feature on the phone. If a user ever navigates using the Menu soft button - to Features - Call Control - Call Forward and activates call forwarding that way, the phone will not stay forwarded, or sometimes it will go back to being forwarded when they have deactivated forwarding.

Using the *72 and *73 feature codes with Broadworks works fine. But if you ever use the phone feature, it will act in the above manner.

Can we just disable the forwarding feature on the phone so our users have to use the *72/*73 feature codes?
