T29G + 3CX = no custom wallpaper?

I have uploaded and tested a custom wallpaper to the phone directly, it works great.

However, I can't for the life of me figure out why it's not applying to my phones when I modify the xml template.

I'm attaching the template i modified, i notice there seems to be a lot of t29g/t46g crossover in the xml, maybe there's something i'm missing?

I used to get the "3cx" wallpaper, now i get nothing, it uses the phone default.
