Set Auto Provisioning URL via SIP Notify

Hi Guys,

I'd think this would come in handy especially in managed hosted space. We host about 300 PABXes and majority of our customers use Yealink phones.

We pre-configure phones with just the extension details in hopes that customers will be able to implement DHCP Option 66. Yealink's RPS has been a hit/miss for us and is not reliable as we cannot anticipate firewall/router issues.

It would be great if we could set the provisioning server URL via SIP notify to ease management issues with remote handsets.

On security side, only accept these settings from the registered SIP server(s).
