T28/T21E2 transferring

When a call is blind transferred to another phone the deskphone goes back to the idle screen but doesn't actually release the call until the other person answers (doesn't send BYE until it gets a 200OK from the other phone rather than sending BYE after 100TRYING).

Using 3CX v14 SP2 and the latest firmware on the phones. 3CXPhone shows the call is still active on the extension but the phone shows the idle screen.
