I have this same issue once i upgraded to on all T4 series phones. I sent pcap and Syslog level files to yealink and have still not had any response. I also sent a email directly to support@yealink.com any am wating to hear something.
Interestingly enough this was the version when they enabled for dual outbound proxy servers. Which we use. I dont know if there is a correlation.
