Hi,

The 29.73.193.50 version is for Broadsoft PBX, if you don't use the Broadsoft server, please upgrade to the latest firmware 29.80.0.70.
You can download the firmware from the link: http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDow...0.0.70.zip
