ThinkingPhones SIP Support

Our company uses ThinkingPhones and they have a SIP solution that works FLAWLESSLY on my Grandstream phone, on Zoiper on my Android mobile and on X-Lite on my PC.

It does NOT work on my T46G apparently due to it's inability to handle DNS correctly. It can register, but ThinkingPhones detects an issue and bumps it to their backup servers which don't support inbound calls. Thus, this tremendous phone is pretty useless on something virtually everyone else has figured out how to make work with ease.

How can we get this addressed?
