Can't connect to Web UI

1. For the issue that the phone can't connect to the web UI.
Do you mean after put the the ip address of the phone in the web broswer , the web broswer prompt an interface to enter the user name and password , then you enter the user name and password admin/admin , the phone never show the normal web UI？
if yes, please take a screenshot of the web UI after you enter the user name and password to us.

2. For the issue that the phone intermittently loses network, please upgrade to the latest version to check if it can work ,you can download the latest version from Yealink web site.
