I just had a customer have this happen again the first time I had replaced their hardware before being aware of the firmware, this time I used the firmware listed here. All sorted.

The official firmware for T5x according to support site has been on 96.86.0.70 for ages, I get some new phones with 96.86.0.75, but can't find any release notes.

Anyone got any info?
