MP50 no audio on Bluetooth headset

I am testing two MP50 phone with Windows 10 and the Voice Recorder that is built into Windows. I checked in audio settings and I have the MP50 chosen as the output and input.

I can hear on the Bluetooth headset but I cannot transmit, cannot be heard.

I have tried firmware version 131.420.0.5, 131.420.0.10 and the original version on the devices 131.410.0.20 I think it was, they all have the same results.

My wired headset works fine, just Bluetooth is not working, I have tried a Yealink BH72, BH70, and Poly Voyager 5200.

Any ideas appreciated, thank you.
