Hi,

Please check in 3CX, if the phone extension is in DND too, when the user activates the DND mode of his phone.
Please consider upgrading 3CX to v18 Update 3 to avoid this kind of issues.
Are you referring to the 3cx web client? In the web client, the extension reports it's in DND.
Are you confirming v18 Update 3 doesn't have this issue?
To clarify, calls to the phone w/ DND on don't ring through. Intercoms to the phone w/ DND on come through. Customer wants to prevent any call or intercom from coming through while in DND

Maybe not quite honest, but when I press the DND key on my T57W, incoming calls and pages / intercom calls don't come through... the phone doesn't ring.
I tested this on 3CX V18 U3 Hotfix 1

As far as I know, this (Multicast Paging) only works if the phones and 3CX are on the same LAN.

Thanks. I'll have to schedule an upgrade and see if this resolves the issue. In our setup, 3cx is in the cloud and we connect via vpn.
