Maybe the base is running customized firmware?
The firmware should be something like: 25.x.0.x where .0. is very important... this is native Yealink firmware.

Thanks for your prompt response. I attach a photo of the web interface. Is it possible that the settings menu is not available because the base unit is attached to an rps server?
