MP50 - Make calls from Outlook?

Hi. I have an MP50. I use it at home with my company's MS Teams. We do not have the Calling feature but I have my work Cell paired via Bluetooth. Is there a way to initiate a call from Outlook to use the Cell Phone for the call.
