Yealink T46s credentials

Hi All,

I have a number of T46s phones connected to our 3CX PBX. The phones are authenticated to PBX by set of credentials, with username of the extension number and some complex password. Our 3CX system is displaying a security warning for compliance with security settings not meeting complexity requirements such as at least 10 characters, Uppercase and lowercase letters and digits, which applies to username as well.

When trying to change username to any other value, except the extension number (which is in a form of 3 digits 001-999), my phone will not authenticate to the pbx.

I am running the latest firmware on the phone.

Could you tell me is there a limitation in username format for T46s?
