T48G - Stop phone from changing display when lifting handset

1/ From your description, while there is an incoming call, you still want to answer the call via handset?
2/ Click speed dial and then lift the handset, May I know why this not works for customer? The flow? or other reason?
3/ The customer always use headset?
Please share more, so I can help more on this.
