Dear Customer,

I have tested these files on locally, it can work fine.

Auto provisioning file:

#!version:1.0.0.1

local_contact.data.url = http://10.2.2.11:8080/ContactData.xml
local_contact.data_photo_tar.url = http://10.2.2.11:8080/Contact.tar

Note:
Would you please upload two files on 3CX server.
One is ContactData.xml, another is Contact.tar.

Any update, please feel free to let me know.
