T23G too much bass

Hi,

I have over 30 T23G phones, all have a problem with the sound quality, too much bass Sad

Firmware Version 44.81.0.70
Hardware Version 44.0.0.16.0.0.0
I also tested 44.81.0.110

How to fix it ?
