Ok, I have found the setting for this which is Settings > Call Display > Call Information Display Method > Full contact info or
Code:
phone_setting.call_info_display_method = 4
in the provisioning file.

What is not working now is the same "Full contact info" in the Missed Calls list.
It just displays the name only or the number. Huh
