hi

for this issue, we have test in our side , it works fine

please upgrade the T48 to the last firmware 35.80.0.70, download link :
http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDow...0.0.70.zip

then reset to test

if issue still exist , please upgrade the firmware of EXP40 with a T46, please refer to the guide below :
