I have re-submitted to our product department for evaluating.
Hello,
I have always been able to add a Pause on Polycom and Cisco phones by simply placing a comma " , " after the phone number, each comma equals one 3 second pause. Sometimes I will enter three or four Commas to obtain a longer pause to get through an Auto Attendant, then enter the extension number or PIN Code.
I have been provisioning Hosted PBX for longer most anyone (2001) and have used all makes and models phones on just about every type of switch you can imagine.
You should able to enter a Pause, and this is most important when calling numbers which then require long PIN numbers.
Thank you.
