How to get Cisco Webex installed on a T58 model

How to get Cisco Webex installed on a T58 model, I have tried about every way possible, from downloading third party, to ftp server, and direct download.
When I used apptoid to download it, it installed and worked until you actually had to make a call, then it would pop a notification stating its out of date and need to be
updated. Problems is that was the most updated version apptoid had. I could not get google play services to work on the phone. Lastly transferring things on the ftp server
worked but after downloading said cannot open file!

Please any advice would be helpful!
