T41S: Bridge current call with a second incoming call

Asterisk based pbx.

I'm already at the phone.

A second call comes to my phone.

What's the easiest (shortest) sequence to hold the first call, answer the second one and bridge them together (not conference) while leaving / hang up the phone ?
