OEM Firmware change

Hello, I have an T48S with an firmware of Vodafone (Netherlands). (66.84.133.3)
But that firmware doesnt work with Broadsoft of Routit/KPN.

When i try to flash the normal firmware of Lydis (dutch supplier) or Yealinks, it ends in an error:
Firmware update failed!
OEM version different
Rebooting, please wait...

When trying this in RecoveryMode, via USB it doesnt work, also via TFTP end in error -1 or file to big

Does anyone have idea to fix this?
