Question Switch account on T48S - Outgoing caller ID remains at default account
hi all

we've sevaral accounts on the T48S defined. When the user switches accounts (top left corner), the new account is displayed on the screen correctly. but when the user calls an internal number, the caller id from the default account (on the caller/sending device) gets displayed (on screen of the receiving device). how can it be changed, that also the internal id/name of the actual selected account (instead of the default account caller id) shows up on the receiving side?


ps: please forgive me, if this question has been answered before, but since the search functionality in this forum just let me search one term/30 seconds, i decided to raise a new topic instead of waiting...

pps: how stupid is this 24h-post-registration ban to post a topic in this forum?
