I didn't have this bug with phoneT58V, the supplier say's the phone T58V is out date, and new phone for my clients is T58A. I like that my new's client don't have this bug.

I do not have an answer for your bug, but I strongly believe that T58V and T58A are exactly the same phone model and firmware, only difference would be if it comes with the camera module in the package (CAM50) or not.
