hi

which firmware you are using with T26?

please upgrade to the newest firmware 6.73.0.50, then it can use the same Open VPN file as T23G.

firmware download link : http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDow...3.0.50.zip

please do a factory reset after upgrade is finished
