This is Evan from Yealink Support Team, nice to answer this question for you!

(1)Use BLF key to pick up a call, but failed. That’s usually caused by the different BLF pick up mechanism on different Versions. I'v attached the FAQ for your reference.

Here is the Auto Provisioning parameter:
#0-New BLF pick up mechanism, *code+number, 1- Old BLF pick up mechanism,only *code

I'v attached the .cfg file for your reference, you just need to modify the value in the file and import it to the phone via web UI. Web UI-Settings--Configuration -- Import CFG Configuration file.

(2)Please help to confirm if the pickup feature is supported on this Siemens server.

(3)If the server supports it, please reproduce it and offer us the diagnosis file(local log / pcap / config.bin), then we can do further analyzing in our side from these files. Below is the FAQ about how to get these files.
