For this issue, please try to disable the Distinctive Ring Tones feature.

To configure it: In phone web side, please make sure that “Distinctive Ring Tones” under Account-> Advanced is Disabled.
   

Please help test and let me know the result. If not help, please reproduce it and offer us the diagnosis files(level 6 local log / pcap / config.bin). Below is the FAQ about how to get them:

Note: Please offer us internal number and external number case. Then we can make a comparison. Thanks for your kind help!
