Hi Marc,

I found that the firmware is SIP standard firmware, please upgrade the phone to Skype for Business firmware first. Below is the download link of this firmware:
http://download.support.yealink.com/down...8.1.80.rom

Below is the FAQ about how to upgrade the firmware:
http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=9

After upgrading, please long press the OK button about 6s to reset the phone to factory.
