T46G and DTMF tones not recognized

Hi Thomas,

Please check "DTMF Type" is "RFC2833" and "DTMF Payload Type" is "101"

Provisioning:
account.X.dtmf.type = 1
account.X.dtmf.dtmf_payload = 101
