Dear,

Yealink phones support feature “Transfer Mode Via Dsskey”

It configures the DSS key behavior during an active call when user presses the DSS key and the DSS key is configured as a speed dial, transfer or BLF/BLF list key. The default value of the mode is 2-Blind Transfer.

0-New Call
1-Attended Transfer
2-Blind Transfer

Please go Web UI to set the mode as 0-New Call:

Features->Transfer->Transfer Mode via Dsskey

   

If the issue still exists, would you please reproduce this issue and share us the config.bin file, level 6 syslog and trace that we can debug?
