Why are you not happy with the quality of your phones?
Do you mean the sound quality or the ease of operation?
For the ease of operation I can’t give you an answer, but if you mean audio…
- Sound not crispy enough?
- Noise level to high?
- Audio level to high/low?
- Audio stream interrupted?
- Low audio quality between phones in local LAN?
- Low audio quality between phones in local and remote offices?

Please check if all phones supports and uses the G722 codec.
Check if your PBX support the G722 codec at phone side and provider side.
Check (make sure) if your VoIP provider support the G722 codec.

Hope this helps.

With call quality issues I mean "Interrupted Audio Stream" mostly. Audio drops frequently for a few seconds on phones on local LAN. All my phones are using G722.

It sounds you have issues on your local LAN, probably caused by: The router or switch on the LAN, the firewall on the office’s LAN or WAN (internet).
Interrupted Audio Stream (Choppiness) is caused by “packet loss” which results from the “high jitter” of an unstable connection.
So ensure the firewall is properly configured to allow for and prioritize VoIP traffic. If the office uses the same LAN for computers and VoIP, then ensure that no computers on the LAN are using more bandwidth than normal. Streaming video sites (such as Netflix) and video conferencing are two common culprits. Try an online connection speed test to verify that upload and download speeds are consistent with what your ISP is providing. If necessary, consider increasing bandwidth from the ISP or switching to a SIP Trunk provider.

Hope this helps.
