Hi,

Please have a try of .20 firmware.

ftp://yealinkftp:yealinkftp@ftp.yealink....0.0.20.rom

If the problem persist, do a facotry and check again.
If the problem is still not resolved, please get pcap trace and confing.bin based on .20 firmware.
