v73 Release Notes TYPO

In the release notes for V73, almost all of the new items that have 0 or 1 options are incorrect. They show:

1 = some value
1 = some other value

Obviously, that should be 0 and 1, not 1 and 1. It is that way on a LOT of things in the notes for the newly added v73 values.
