VP530 Broadsoft Directory

Hello
we have some VP530 on broadsoft, when we attempt to do a search by name, we have to manually start with caps, then change it to lower casas to find the names, before we only had to do the search and the phone would change from upper to lower casas . please let me know if we are doing something wrong. Thanks.
