Hi,

Phone may receive something which trigger the anomaly.
Is it possble to run a wireshark to capture the packets phone receive in your side? If phone reboot then we can check is there something abnormal phone received.

You will need a hub and connect phone, printer, pc to it and start a capture in your pc.
If you don't have a hub, can you set phone syslog to level 6 and export it ot a server? Phone will send debugging informatino to the syslog server continuously and we may catch the packet which trigger the problem.
