We have 195 phones in service across all sites, and have only had this reported at one site on about 6 phones. As I said I'll get the firmware updated as first troubleshooting response.

Thanks for your information. If the issue still exist after upgrading, please send pacp,syslog,config.bin files to me , then we do more troubleshooting. Please reproduce the issue so that you can get useful information.
