If you are not using a PBX then I would use the greatest number without a PBX Listed.
So, 38.70.0.125 is the latest. I am not sure why 115 is still listed.
Also, note that although 180 is newer, they specify 3cx and they accidentally left out the multicast paging listener.

I have complained about the documentation before saying that they do not always state what changes have been made.
Hopefully more people complain and they make some changes.
