Abc problem

Hello! There is a small problem: when the interface language is Russian, and in the address book we are looking for the user, then with Abc write small letters ("иванов", must be "Иванов") at once on firmware:
T23-44.80.0.130
T23-44.80.0.125
T23-44.80.0.95
T23-44.80.0.80
T23-44.80.0.70

On the firmware T23-44.81.0.70 Russian letters are entered in the english Abc format: "Bdfyjd"

I`m change ime to:

but this is no good, because symbols AaBbCc, not Aabbcc

for example (adopt for English example), i`m need find Alex Klinton:
i`m type in Abc : AL, not Al.

first digit must be UP register, all next - small . In english Abc - all good. In russian IME - not good.
