Hi James,

Thanks for the update.

I have tried what you suggested but it doesnt work, I am assuming that the phone is a pre august 2009 which doesnt support recovery mode.

I have tried it on all my other phones and it works perfectly.

Just not this one.
Firmware Version 9.3.23.1
Hardware Version 7.0.0.1

Any other suggestions. If not I might consider retiring this one and getting a newer model.
