T20P: How access directory whille calling?

Hi,

I wold like to know how to access to the contacts directory while calling when you try to use other line, and also, when you pick up the handset, because the directory button is the same has the numbers to letters switch...

I associated DSSKey Line Key1 to the Directory to be able to select it while calling, however, now the light of Line 1 doesn't lights! Is this normal?

Hi ruiseixas,

Yes, when you assign a line key as Directory, the led won't be light. It is normal.
