Upload Ringtones

A customer is complaining that the ringtone choice on V2.71 is too limited. When I try to upload a ringtone from v2.61, I get no room left. I cannot delete existing ringtones.

Hello,
You can only upload 100K size of the custom ringtone.
So select one ringtone that the customer is prefer, and check whether this ringtone is smaller than 100K?
Sorry you can't delete the default ringtones on the phone.

Where are the ringtone Ring-6, Ring-7 and Ring-8 ?

Version 7.61.0.80 has beautiful ringtone and good quality 6, 7 and 8.
Version 7.70.0.140 has ringtone and poor quality 6, 7 and 8.
Version 7.71.0.140 hasn't ringtone 6, 7 and 8.
It is getting worse. Why ?
