SIP-T28P declined on voicemail on ATCOM IP01

Hi,

I have a Yealink SIP-T28P phone that has been working fine with the voicemail on an ATCOM IP01.

For some reason now when I dial the voicemail extensions the call is declined.

Callers can leave voicemails and the phone prompts to advise voicemails have been left but the phone is still declined.

Any ideas

Hi Andy,
Please check whether your voicemail access code is correct, or whether the server change the access code.
