EHS36 Connecting and Disconnecting Issues
Need some help,... recently purchased a EHS36 to run with a TP26p and a Jabra GN9330e. I have connected it up, run the firmware upgrade for the EHS36 and then upgraded the firmware on the phone to the most recent. Can hear and talk using the headset,... problem being I am unable to pickup a call or disconnect a call from the headset... when hanging up a call all it does is disconnect the headset,... but the call is still connected. When picking up calls I can only pick up by pressing the headset button on the phone....

Really want to have a system so that the phone can be answered by the headset and disconnected by the headset..

Any solutions?

Hi promo,

1.Can you check about the connection of EHS36 and Jabra GN9330e?
2. And please don't use the verion 6.60.200.240 after you upgrade the EHS36.
3. And different connection will induce this kind of issue.
I upload a connection T26+EHS36+Jabra 920 and you can refer to the connection.

I am having the same issue but with a T48G+EHS36+Jabra WHB003BS. I updated the firmware on my phone to 35.80.0.95 but still not working.

Remember to set your headset to use DHSG, some headsets like the Jabra 93x0 need this to be set manually.
