Hello, if we are not using the console do we just connect the RJ12 to the phone (EXT port)? And what is the picture of between the RJ45 and RJ9?

Hi kaffeene,

1. Yes, you should connect the RJ12 to the phone(EXT port).
T46G + EHS36+Plantronics CS540A

2. The picture of between the RJ45 and RJ9 is plantronics interface cable.
I make a screenshot and a figure from the user guide of Plantronics CS540.
